  1. SHIPPING AREAS

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

If delivery is unavailable in your area, our team will contact you after your order is placed.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion.

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to:

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Be available to receive verification calls if required.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment upon delivery.

Naaz Naturals reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call, depending on courier availability.

  1. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier companies may make multiple delivery attempts. If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect information, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

  1. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receiving) the shipment.

We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Naaz Naturals is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided by customers.
